Once you have signed our Technical Support and Maintenance Agreement you are provided the following services:

  • All support requests are logged in our helpdesk system (The Bug Genie). You are provided with your own login to this system
  • Maximum response time to recorded requests is 3 working hours
  • We allow knowledge transfer calls (short training calls)
  • Remote support
  • Limited onsite support
  • Software code corrections (for software we developed or maintaining)
